Gather around our table for a bountiful Thanksgiving feast, done the Booth One way. Our chefs are getting in the holiday spirit by presenting a luxe prix fixe menu of Thanksgiving staples, plus some surprising inventions to savor along the way. After starting with a generous charcuterie board of Midwest American cheeses and artisanal cured meats, proceed to a choice between Butternut Squash Veloute and Golden Beets and Quinoa Mélange, among other first course options. For the main presentation, we have a classic Herb-Roasted Heritage Turkey with all the accompaniments, as well as Beef Wellington and Fluke with Sauce Americaine. And don’t forget dessert – all made from scratch!
